Any senior student-athlete in the McCall Donnelly School District is invited to apply for the Scholarship. To apply, each applicant is required to submit the following:

• School Transcript

• A One Page Essay (explaining how award would impact their life)

• List of Sports & Accomplishments

• Any other creative personal traits

• Cody was a talented artist, so if you are an artist, please include one or two examples of your artwork.

The Board of Directors will review all applications submitted by April 20th of each school year. The board will take into account a number of factors in determining the scholarship fund recipient including: (i) moral fiber; (ii) strength of application (iii) community involvement; (iv) financial need; and (v) whether the applicant demonstrates the the outstanding traits that Cody embodied.

After careful consideration, the Board of Directors will select one or more recipients by May 1 (Cody’s Birthday) of each year. Awardees will receive notice by email and telephone. The Foundation will write a check directly to the award recipient’s school of choice, on behalf of the student.
